MVRK Youth is travelling to the Momentum Youth Conference again this summer! Momentum is a Christian youth conference hosted by the Charis Fellowship every year. It is a full week of teaching from all kinds of talented speakers, amazing worship music, leadership development, spiritual growth, community building, serving opportunities, fun and games and so much more!
when and where is momentum?
The conference itself takes place from Tuesday, July 18th to Sunday, July 23rd at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana USA. We will be traveling down on Monday July 17th so as not to be rushed to check in. (When registering, please check off that you need the Monday night lodging). We will travel back on Sunday, July 23rd
who can go to momentum?
Like in previous years, we are only opening this up to our Sr High students – that means grades 9 to 12. (If you are starting grade 9 in the fall you may also come).
How to register for Momentum?
We received an extension of the early bird pricing until May 16.
how are we getting there?
MVRK Youth will be arranging transportation. More information will be available once we get closer to the date and know how many people are coming. Some fundraising will be happening over the next couple of months to offset the travel costs.
