Kristina Beifuss, BSc. (Hons), BEd., MDiv.


Kristina is a graduate of Tyndale University with a Master of Divinity degree in Clinical Counselling. Through her training and experience, she is able to provide counselling to individuals, couples, and families to help them cope and thrive through difficult life issues and circumstances. 

Kristina’s counselling experience has focused on adolescents and adults, dealing with issues such as: anxiety, couple/family conflict, depression, domestic violence, grief, life transitions, marriage preparation, self-esteem, stress, and trauma. Her 15 years as a teacher also gives her insight into particular challenges faced by adolescents, and the ability to help them navigate difficulties. The theories that have informed her counselling practice are: CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Christian Counselling, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy.
