Renew Church is collecting goods to assemble care packages for those in need this Christmas. One of our church members has offered to distribute care packages to the homeless on his regular delivery route around the city. You can help by donating the following goods to Renew Church by Sunday, December 14:
- $15 Tim Horton's gift cards
- Pairs of warm socks
- Toe and hand warmers (available at dollar stores)
- Hats, gloves and scarves
- Wet wipes
- Toothbrush and toothpaste (no mouthwash please)
- Combs
- Shampoo
- Deodorant
- Nail clippers
- Band-aids
- Granola bars
- Christmas chocolate
- Include a handwritten card with a positive, hopeful message
