renew kids: where sunday school joins a bigger story
Renew Church offers Sunday afternoon programs for toddlers up through elementary school aged children, and we welcome all children regardless of ability or needs. We teach biblical and spiritual foundations using interactive learning, stories, videos, drama, games and crafts. Join us on Sunday afternoons at 4:00pm, meeting at 7755 Tenth Line W, Mississauga.

what we teach
Every Sunday, we learn the BIG story of the Bible, while having fun and making friends along the way
Our Renew Kids Sunday school program provides children with a weekly Bible study that helps them dive deep into the big story of the Bible—God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ. Together, we’ll go on a Christ-centered, chronological journey through Scripture over the course of each year from the fall to the following summer. Kids will discover how the gospel unfolds from Genesis through Revelation. When kids truly experience the gospel, their hearts are transformed. We believe it is the gospel, not good behaviour, that changes everything.
WHAT TO EXPECT
When you arrive at Renew Church, first stop by our Renew Kids registration in the lobby and sign up your child(ren). Most Sundays, our kids join the adults in the main auditorium for our first couple of worship songs at 4:00 pm before being dismissed to their classes. Each week, we’ll cover a different story from the Bible and discuss how it reflects Jesus and what that means for us. During our time together, we’ll also enjoy a variety of activities including:
- Games
- Crafts
- Videos
- Snacks (and the occasional special treat)
- Free time to play and build community
At the end of our class, we’ll send everyone home with an activity sheet to reinforce what we learned.

Inge is an early childhood educator with a big heart for kids and for the gospel. She invests her boundless energy and passion into planning our Renew Kids curriculum, and coordinating and equipping our volunteers. Throughout the year, Inge also plans special events for our kids and works hard to connect with every family at Renew.
