Counselling services

At Renew Church, we care deeply about the well-being of our community. We have a trusted relationship with Kristina Beifuss at Wintergreen Counselling Services and confidently refer individuals to her for compassionate, effective support.

Kristina is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and holds a Master's degree in clinical counselling. The therapeutic approaches that primarily inform her practice are:

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Family Systems, Narrative Therapy,
• Solution-Focused Therapy

Wintergreen Counselling provides services in-person and virtually by appointment only for:

• Individual therapy
• Couple’s therapy
• Family therapy
