From Series: "First Days"

First Days/Last Days are two back-to-back companion series that trace the hope of Christians from the dawn of the early church through to the future return of Jesus. Starting with First Days, we’ll look back to the events following Christ’s death to see the powerful impact of the resurrection on his early followers, and how it gave to the birth to the New Testament church. Along the way, we’ll uncover the historical context for the church’s growth as well as its persecution, the expansion of the gospel message to the world and the expectations those early believers had for Christ’s second coming. These first days set the stage for the contemporary church and point us forward as we continue to wait with anticipation for the last days.
