Trunk or Treat is an annual community event hosted by Renew Church that provides a fun and safe environment for costumed kiddos to trick-or-treat among creatively decorated vehicles.

At Renew Church, we love to provide times and spaces for friends and neighbours to get together. We would like to invite you along with your family and friends to participate in our 2019 Trunk or Treat in the following ways:

Decorate a trunk
Tap into your creativity this Halloween by decorating your vehicle trunk and join us in handing out candy. The more vehicles we have, the more fun Trunk or Treat becomes. Don’t be intimidated: some of the simplest ideas can be the most fun – but if you want to go all out we’d love to see what you can come up with! You can use seasonal/holiday decorations; you might choose to theme your trunk around a movie, tv show, book, video game, etc.; or you can consider incorporating a game or activity. Use your imagination, we’ll be awarding prizes for the best trunks!

Trick-or-treat
Dress up the kids for some daylight trick-or-treating and vote for your favourite trunks. We’ll be giving out prizes for great costumes too!

Get the most out of Trunk or Treat by decorating a trunk, dressing up as a family and sending the kids to collect some treats.
